Marvin Cuschieri

Marvin Cuschieri is the Group Chief People & Talent Officer at Logifuture, a B2B iGaming platform-as-a-service provider. In this role, he leads the company's global people, talent, and culture functions, with a strong emphasis on remote-work strategy, employer branding, and retention within the competitive betting and gaming tech sector. He is a vocal advocate for flexible remote-work policies and data-driven HR practices, frequently speaking at industry events such as SiGMA Europe.

Before joining Logifuture, Cuschieri held senior roles across multiple industries, including consultancy, operations, payments, and ride-hailing. He served as Digital Performance Specialist and later as Chief Officer – People & Talent at eCabs Technologies, a Maltese ride-hailing company. He was CEO of FHRD, the Federation of Human Resource Development, and headed the Business & Investment Consultancy Unit at Malta Enterprise. His earlier career includes serving as Operations Manager at IMPETUS Europe Consulting Group and as a visiting lecturer at the University of Malta.

Cuschieri holds a BA (Hons) in International Relations from the University of Malta, an MA in European Studies (Governance & Regulation) from the University of Bonn, an MBA from the University of Leicester, and a CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership. He is also PRINCE2® certified. His academic and professional background underpins his strategic approach to people management and organizational development.
