Matt Reback

Matt Reback is a well-respected leader in the gaming industry with nearly two decades of experience. He joined Galaxy Gaming in 2023 as President and CEO to guide the company through its next phase of strategic growth, focusing on market expansion and omnichannel table games delivery for both land-based and iGaming platforms.

Before Galaxy, Reback founded Bravery Gaming in February 2022, serving as its President. The company produced slot-style coin-operated amusement devices for Georgia's regulated market. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President at AGS and as Vice President of Marketing and Product Management at Konami Gaming. Earlier in his career, he held senior management roles at Red Rock Casinos (a Station Casinos property) and Caesars Entertainment.

Reback is known as a scaling public company revenue and free cash flow specialist with deep expertise in product, operations, and branding. His leadership at Galaxy Gaming has been marked by a drive to expand the company's footprint in both physical casinos and the growing iGaming sector, leveraging a portfolio of proprietary table games to deliver consistent growth.
