Light & WonderMatt Wilson is an experienced gaming industry executive and accomplished leader known for driving growth, capitalizing on new business opportunities, and developing strong customer relationships. He became President and CEO of Light & Wonder (formerly Scientific Games) in October 2022 and has transformed the business into three complementary lines that collectively build world‑class games for all channels.
Wilson began his tenure with the company in March 2020, first serving as Executive Vice President and Group Chief Executive of Gaming, then as Interim CEO from August to October 2022. Before Light & Wonder, Wilson spent more than 15 years in various positions at Aristocrat Technologies.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Wollongong (Australia) and completed the Advanced Management Program at the Wharton School. He resides in Las Vegas with his wife and three daughters, and enjoys triathlons in his spare time.
