Meir Linzen

Meir Linzen is Chairman of Herzog Fox & Neeman (HFN) and heads its Tax, Private Client, and Gaming & Gambling Departments. With over 40 years of experience, including 20 years managing the firm, he is recognized as one of Israel's foremost tax experts. He specializes in tax planning for cross-border transactions and has extensive expertise in tax aspects of international mergers and acquisitions. As head of the Tax Department, he has advised on significant tax issues involving multinational corporations, including local acquisitions, transfer pricing, and investor and employee benefits in some of Israel's largest transactions.

Linzen also advises banks, multinational corporations, and private clients on cross-border activities, encompassing international tax and estate planning. His expertise extends to E-Commerce law. Due to his background in international law, he is also a leading expert in Public International Law and Defence and Homeland Security. He has been recognized by major legal directories and publications for his work in tax and gaming law.

Linzen became Chairman of HFN after serving as Managing Partner for many years. He continues to lead the firm's Gaming & Gambling Department, which advises clients in the iGaming industry on regulatory and tax matters.
