Pedersen began his career at NetEnt in 2013, serving as Marketing Manager before being promoted to Regional Business Manager for the Nordics. He later joined Flutter Entertainment as Director of Acquisition & Brand for PokerStars Casino. His next move was to Evolution, where he held the roles of Chief Commercial Officer and later Managing Director & Chief Commercial Officer.

He is also the founder of LetsBet.com and co‑founder of iGaming NEXT, a media and events platform for the iGaming industry, which he continues to serve. These entrepreneurial ventures complement his corporate leadership experience.
