Michelle Pacey

Michelle Pacey is a seasoned business leader with over two decades of experience spanning advertising, publishing, and payment services. She began her career at Future plc as an Advertising Director in 1999, then moved to Ascential as Creative Solutions Director for Yours Magazine in 2006. In 2007, she joined the allpay Group, where she founded a publishing house that launched the 24housing Magazine and associated award ceremonies, establishing a strong foothold in the housing sector.

After building the publishing arm, Pacey transitioned into commercial leadership within the group, becoming Commercial and Marketing Director of allpay Limited in 2014. She later served as Director of Card Services at allpay.cards from 2018, overseeing payment card operations that support the iGaming and gambling industries. In July 2021, she was promoted to Managing Director of allpay Limited, now allpay Group & Carriages, cementing her role at the helm of a payment solutions provider whose services include casino payment processing.

Beyond her core career, Pacey briefly served as a Non-Executive Director for Rude Wines in 2019. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business, Media, Marketing, and French from the University of South Wales and is currently pursuing a Wine & Spirit Education Trust qualification. Her work positions her at the intersection of payments, publishing, and gambling industry services.
