Mikalai Pobal

Mikalai Pobal is the CEO and co-founder of Spribe, a B2B iGaming content supplier headquartered in London and operating across multiple regulated markets. Pobal is the public face of the company behind Aviatrix, a multiplayer crash-style game that became one of the most widely distributed titles in its genre and is now being expanded into a linked-game metaverse.

Pobal came into iGaming from a software development and IT background and helped found Spribe in 2018. Under his leadership, Spribe grew from a small startup into a provider whose games are integrated with numerous online-casino operators, building its reputation on fast, social betting formats and a distribution model spanning direct integrations and aggregator partnerships. The company has since broadened its catalog beyond Aviatrix into live-dealer and gamified products.

Pobal is currently leading Spribe's strategic transition of Aviatrix from a standalone crash game into an interconnected iGaming metaverse, with shared player progression, tournaments, and rewards across a suite of connected titles. He regularly presents this roadmap at industry events including SiGMA and iGB and speaks on behalf of Spribe in operator-facing press coverage and interviews.
