Musa Mngadi

Musa Mngadi is the Chief Executive Officer of the African Lotteries & Gaming Association (ALGA), a pan-African membership body founded in 2018 that unites governments, regulators, and industry leaders to foster responsible, transparent, and collaborative gaming and lotteries frameworks across the continent.

In his role, Mngadi leads initiatives that encourage structured, transparent, and collaborative gaming regulatory frameworks across African markets. He has represented ALGA at major industry events such as the SiGMA Africa Summit, the BiG Africa Summit, and the Gaming Tech Summit Africa (GTSA), and has been a featured speaker and interviewee for outlets including G&M News, Focus GN, and various African radio and podcast programmes.

Under his leadership, ALGA launched its first CEOs Forum in South Africa, drawing gaming leaders from 23 African countries. Mngadi is a vocal advocate for responsible gambling, cross-border regulatory cooperation, and sustainable industry growth in Africa’s rapidly evolving gaming landscape.
