Norbert Teufelberger is a veteran Austrian gambling executive with over 30 years in the casino and betting industry. He is best known as the co‑founder and former CEO of bwin, and currently serves as Co‑founding Shareholder and Non‑Executive Director at Crocobet and as Non‑Executive Chairman of EveryMatrix.
Teufelberger began his career in the gambling industry in 1989 and co‑founded bwin in 1999. As co‑CEO alongside Manfred Bodner, he led the company through a period of rapid growth and its 2011 merger with PartyGaming to form bwin.party digital entertainment plc. He remained as Non‑Executive Chairman of bwin.party until 2013.
