Obakeng Seseane

Mr. Obakeng Seseane is the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Free State Gambling, Liquor and Tourism Authority (FSGLTA) in South Africa. He is an accomplished executive with over 17 years of public‑sector experience, specialising in financial management, governance, regulatory compliance, and organisational transformation. His leadership has been instrumental in driving the authority’s strategic alignment, strengthening governance frameworks, and promoting responsible gambling practices across the Free State province.

Before stepping into the acting CEO role, Seseane served as the Chief Financial Officer of FSGLTA, where he built a strong track record in financial stewardship and operational oversight. His deep understanding of the regulatory landscape and commitment to internal controls have positioned him as a key figure in the provincial gambling and tourism ecosystem.
