Olajide Boladuro

Olajide Boladuro is the Director-General and Chairman of the Oyo State Gaming and Lottery Board, the government agency tasked with regulating betting, gaming, and lottery activities in Oyo State, Nigeria. He oversees the licensing, compliance, and enforcement framework for the state's gambling industry, ensuring operators adhere to legal standards and promote responsible gaming.

Boladuro also serves as Vice Chairman of the Federation of State Gaming Regulators of Nigeria (FSGRN), a coalition of state-level gaming regulators working to harmonise regulatory approaches across the country. In this capacity, he advocates for data security, regulatory clarity, and the standardisation of gaming frameworks. He has publicly argued that the federal government lacks jurisdiction over state-level gaming regulation, particularly in the context of the Central Gaming Bill controversy.
