Light & WonderOliver Chow is a senior-level finance professional with over 15 years of experience spanning entertainment and gaming. He currently serves as EVP, CFO, and Treasurer at Light & Wonder, where he oversees the company’s global financial strategy to support sustainable growth. Chow joined Light & Wonder in October 2022 as Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance, was promoted to Interim CFO in August 2023, and was named permanent CFO in December 2023.
Prior to Light & Wonder, Chow spent five years at Aristocrat in senior finance roles, most recently as Chief Financial Officer – Americas, EMEA and Customer Experience. Earlier in his career, he held financial positions at Universal Pictures, Deluxe Entertainment Services, and JPMorgan Chase. He serves as a board member and Treasurer of United Way of Southern Nevada.
Chow holds a BS in Business Administration from the University at Albany, SUNY, and an Executive MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. His experience across corporate finance, strategic planning, and operational leadership positions him as a key driver of Light & Wonder's continued growth in the cross-platform gaming market.
