Patrick Nichols is an accomplished hospitality executive with over 15 years driving strategic growth and operational excellence across iconic Las Vegas resorts including The Venetian, The Cosmopolitan, and Marina Bay Sands. Currently serving as President & CEO of The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, he leads the integrated resort's comprehensive operations following a nearly 12‑year tenure at The Cosmopolitan where he progressed from Director of Strategic Planning through VP Financial Planning & Analysis, SVP Strategy & Business Development, Chief Strategy Officer, to General Manager & Chief Strategy Officer.
Renowned for his financial rigor and transformative leadership, Nichols has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree by Las Vegas Sun/Vegas Inc., Global Gaming Business Magazine, and The Innovation Group's Emerging Leader of Gaming awards. He holds a degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University.
