Paul Dingwitz is the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Board Member of ZEAL Network SE, Germany's largest online lottery operator. He has over 20 years of experience in the technology sector, including more than ten years in executive leadership.
Dingwitz joined ZEAL Network SE (formerly Tipp24 SE) as Head of Technology Operations, Security and Engineering, and was promoted to Chief Technology Officer in 2018. On 5 June 2021, he was appointed to the ZEAL Management Board. Prior to ZEAL, he served as Vice President of Technology at Rue La La in Boston, as CTO of ONE Media Corp in Atlanta, and held a senior engineering role at CNN where he helped develop and deploy the network’s first online live video portal. He began his career with military service in 1997 and studied Technology Management at the American Military University.
In 2024, Dingwitz was recognized as Most Impactful CTO to Watch by The Victory Magazine, highlighting his leadership in driving technological innovation at ZEAL.
