Raj Nagevadia

Raj Nagevadia is Chief Financial Officer of bfinance, a financial services consultancy, where he leads the firm’s finance function and sits on the Senior Management Team. He joined the company in June 2018 and has since been responsible for overseeing financial strategy, operations, and reporting.

Before bfinance, Nagevadia built more than 13 years of CFO experience and nearly 30 years of career history spanning technology services, retail, audit, and energy. His most recent prior role was CFO of SecureData Europe, a cyber security services firm, which he held immediately before moving to bfinance.

Previously, Nagevadia served for over a decade as CFO of NetNames (formerly Group NBT), an AIM-listed internet services provider. During his tenure, he managed the company’s acquisition strategy and played a key role in the sale of the business to Hg Capital in 2011.

In addition to his executive duties, Nagevadia has served as a Non-Executive Director of Arcontech Group plc, a real-time financial market data processing firm, since October 2022. His board-level governance experience complements his deep financial leadership across multiple sectors.
