Randi Zuckerberg is a tech innovator, entrepreneur, and three-time Tony Award-winning producer. As Founder & CEO of Zuckerberg Media and HUG, she leads two ventures at the intersection of technology, media, and the arts. She is also a featured headliner at the debut AI Academy at SBC Summit 2025, where she will discuss the role of artificial intelligence in the gaming and entertainment industries.
Zuckerberg began her career as an early employee at Facebook, joining in 2005 and eventually serving as Head of Marketing. During her tenure, she created and ran the company’s marketing programs and played a pivotal role in launching Facebook Live, helping to pioneer live-streaming as a mainstream feature. She left Facebook in 2011 to found Zuckerberg Media, a boutique marketing and production company.
In early 2022, she founded HUG, an inclusive social platform that provides artists with tools to showcase and sell both physical and digital work. As of 2024, HUG has grown into a global community of more than 20,000 artists from 160 countries, connecting creators with opportunities and each other.
Beyond her entrepreneurial work, Zuckerberg is a three-time Tony Award-winning producer for the acclaimed productions 'Hadestown,' 'Oklahoma!,' and 'The Inheritance.' She hosts the weekly business talk radio show 'Randi Zuckerberg Means Business' on SiriusXM, serves on the boards of The Motley Fool and Life360, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Harvard University.
