Rich Hayward

Rich Hayward is the Managing Director of Betfair for Flutter UK & Ireland, a position he was promoted to in January 2024. In this significant role, he leads the Betfair business within Flutter Entertainment's UK and Ireland division.

Hayward's career at Betfair spans over 15 years, demonstrating a steady progression through various key roles. He initially joined the company in September 2008 as a commercial graduate.
