Rob Coldrake is the Group Chief Financial Officer of Flutter Entertainment, the world's largest online betting company and parent of FanDuel, Sky Betting & Gaming, Paddy Power, Betfair, and other brands. He assumed the role in June 2024, succeeding Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson.

Coldrake joined Flutter in 2020 as Chief Financial Officer of Flutter International, overseeing financial operations across the company's international divisions. He was instrumental in delivering global growth and acquisition strategy, including the addition of brands like Junglee Games, Sisal, and MaxBet to the Flutter Group.

Prior to Flutter, Coldrake spent more than 14 years at TUI, a leading global hospitality and travel company, holding various financial leadership roles, ultimately serving as Finance Director. His extensive experience in large-scale financial management, M&A, and international operations positioned him for the Group CFO role.

In his current capacity, Coldrake plays a key role in Flutter's strategic pivot to the US market, including the company's primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in 2024. He regularly represents Flutter at investor conferences and in media interviews, discussing the company's growth strategy, organic investment, and M&A approach.
