Chief Financial Officer of Wynn Al Marjan
Robert Gansmo is the Chief Financial Officer of Wynn Al Marjan, the landmark $5.1 billion integrated resort project in the United Arab Emirates, set to open in 2027. In this role he oversees fiscal discipline and financial strategy for what will be the first retail casino in the UAE, having returned to Wynn Resorts after a stint as CFO of High 5 Games.
Prior to his current position, Gansmo spent 11 years as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wynn Resorts (Macau) S.A., from April 2009 to July 2021. He played a leading role in Wynn Macau’s IPO on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and helped guide the company’s Macau operations through a period of substantial growth.
In August 2021, Gansmo joined High 5 Games as Chief Financial Officer, where he helped drive growth of its B2B and B2C divisions. He later returned to Wynn Resorts as CFO of Wynn Al Marjan, bringing deep expertise in global casino finance to the company’s newest integrated resort venture.
