Ruslan Leteyski

Ruslan Leteyski is a tech entrepreneur and angel investor based in Sofia, Bulgaria. He is the CEO of Zipchat, an AI-driven chatbot that helps e-commerce stores boost sales through personalized, conversational shopping experiences. Zipchat was acquired in early 2025, and Ruslan continues to lead the company as CEO and co-owner.

Before Zipchat, he founded Checkout X, a one-page checkout solution for Shopify that was built five years before Shopify natively adopted a similar feature. He also co-founded Vanga AI, an AI-powered creative tool. Ruslan is a regular speaker at Shopify-focused events such as the Sofia Ecom Meetup and WideEvent Paris, and he writes a public blog covering startup life, remote work, and product-led growth.
