
Sanjoy Maity is the Chief Executive Officer of AMI (American Megatrends Inc.), a global leader in dynamic firmware, infrastructure manageability, and server management solutions for cloud and AI environments. He joined AMI's subsidiary MegaDesigns in India in 1988 and relocated to the United States in 1991, spending his entire career at the company.
Over the years, Maity held several leadership roles, including Director of Software Engineering, Project Manager for BIOS and Firmware, and Vice President of the MegaRAC Manageability Solution Division. He was appointed CEO in May 2019. He is an inventor with numerous U.S. patents and an Official Member of the Forbes Technology Council since April 2022.
Maity holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science & Technology from the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur. His focus remains on advancing AMI's platform firmware and manageability solutions for the evolving data center and edge computing markets.
