Satty Bhens

Satty Bhens is a prominent figure in the iGaming and gambling industry, currently serving as the Chief Product and Technology Officer at Entain, a global sports betting and gaming group. He assumed this role in January 2023, playing a crucial part in accelerating the company's operational performance and driving its product innovation strategy.

Prior to joining Entain, Bhens held the position of Chief Technology and Product Officer at William Hill from October 2019. In this role, he was instrumental in leading the development of William Hill's US technology platform, particularly in New Jersey, and was part of a significant senior management restructuring following the promotion of Ulrik Bengtsson to group CEO.

Before his tenure at William Hill, Bhens spent an extensive 17 years at McKinsey & Company, where he was a partner and led its McKinsey Digital Labs entity. His work at McKinsey focused on digital transformation and innovation, as evidenced by his co-authorship of an article on finding speed to innovate, emphasizing the integration of product development and IT operations (DevOps). He also previously worked as Vice President-Global Custody Business at Deutsche Bank AG (New York Branch).
