Shridhar Joshi is a recognized slot industry leader and the Founder & CEO of 2 By 2 Gaming, a premier games design company. With over 25 years in the gaming industry, he began his career as the fourth employee of a start-up gaming division at WMS, where he helped grow the division to over $800 million in revenues and achieve the #2 position in the industry. He later served as Vice President of Global Product Strategy for WMS, leading advanced R&D efforts and developing successful products.
Joshi has extensive expertise in new product development, portfolio management, and strategic planning, and has been at the forefront of technological evolution in gaming. He holds more than 60 patents and has created globally successful slot games such as Jackpot Party, Life of Luxury, Monopoly, Giant Riches, and The Sand Princess.
Since 2012, he has led 2 By 2 Gaming, delivering games to major online operators (Unibet, GVC, Mr. Green, Betsson), land-based manufacturers (Bally, Incredible Technologies, Gaming Arts), and social casinos (Tropworld, Best Bet, Chumba). He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of ODDSworks. Joshi holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
