Siobhan Lane

Siobhan Lane is a senior global gaming executive who serves as Light & Wonder's Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Gaming, where she oversees all aspects of the company's land‑based gaming business. Her role focuses on driving business results through strategic and executional alignment, building high‑performing teams, and fostering an engaging culture.

Lane joined Light & Wonder in 2020 and has accumulated 17 years of land‑based gaming industry experience. Prior to becoming CEO of Gaming, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer and led the North America region of the Gaming business, demonstrating a consistent track record of leadership and growth.

Recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 Emerging Leader by Global Gaming Business and one of the Gaming Industry's Most Influential Female Leaders, she was named to the Global Gaming Business 2023 25 People to Watch list. Lane serves as President and Board Chair of Global Gaming Women (GGW). Born in Ireland, she graduated with distinction from Penn State University with a B.Sc. in Marketing and International Business and completed the Executive Development Program at the Wharton School.
