Srijan Shetty

Srijan R Shetty is the co‑founder and Chief Technology Officer of Fuze, a digital‑asset infrastructure company that enables financial institutions, businesses, and iGaming/gambling operators to integrate and manage cryptocurrencies, stablecoins, and tokenised assets. The platform was launched in 2023 and is headquartered in the United Arab Emirates.

Shetty holds a computer science degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. He began his career at Goldman Sachs, working on low‑latency algorithms in a high‑performance team. Seeking faster growth, he left to launch his first startup, allround, during the COVID‑19 pandemic. The venture experienced the full startup lifecycle—fundraising, growth, international expansion, pivots, and eventual closure—after which Shetty spent much of 2022 recovering from burnout.

In 2023, he co‑founded Fuze with a more measured approach, building the platform to solve infrastructure challenges in moving digital assets for regulated institutions. The company has quickly become a key player in the region’s crypto‑finance space, and Shetty remains hands‑on with coding and product architecture.

Shetty is also an active public commentator on tech and startup culture; his Fuze co‑founding role was widely reported in March 2025 after he publicly addressed a last‑minute job offer withdrawal by a prospective hire.
