Tamas Kusztos

Tamas Kusztos is a commercial leader and iGaming veteran with over a decade of experience in online gaming, specializing in sales, account management, and commercial strategy. He began his industry career at Kalamba Games, joining as Head of Sales and Account Management in 2019.
In 2021, he moved to Playson as its first Chief Commercial Officer, a role he held until November 2025. During his 4.5-year tenure, he was instrumental in driving global commercial growth, expanding partnerships, and building a high-performing commercial team. He is also an active participant in industry charity events, including the SBC Charity Boxing Championship.
In late 2025, Kusztos transitioned to entrepreneurship, co-founding SharedLuck, a modular jackpot technology provider that offers data-driven, risk-free profit solutions for casinos and platforms. He is based in Malta and known for his energetic, hands-on approach and deep industry network.
