Tatiana Botskina
CEO and Co-Founder of Deriskly
Tatiana Botskina is an AI researcher, former lawyer, and entrepreneur. She holds a DPhil in Artificial Intelligence (Computer Science) from the University of Oxford, having submitted her thesis in 2024. Her academic background also includes a law degree from Lomonosov Moscow State University and a Master’s degree from Oxford.
She co-founded Deriskly, an AI-driven platform that helps regulated businesses—such as financial services and gambling operators—improve customer communication, prevent disputes, and maintain compliance. Initially serving as CTO, she later became CEO. Botskina is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including SiGMA World and SiGMA Central Europe, where she shares insights on AI, regulation, and customer experience transformation.
Prior to her tech career, she practiced as a lawyer. She was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe – Technology list in 2022.
