Tatxo Benet is a Spanish journalist and media entrepreneur who co-founded Mediapro in 1994 with Jaume Roures and Gerard Romy. The Barcelona-based group grew from a production house into one of Europe's leading sports-media businesses, holding international broadcasting rights to LaLiga and producing coverage for major sports events.
As co-founder and CEO, Benet has led Mediapro's expansion into sports rights, production, and data commercialisation.
