Timothy J. Minard

Timothy J. Minard is a seasoned gaming and technology executive with over 28 years of global experience. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Eclipse Gaming Systems since August 2018, leading a company focused on interactive gaming equipment, bingo, and slot systems for tribal and commercial gaming markets.

Prior to Eclipse, Minard held senior leadership roles at Cadillac Jack and GameTech International. At Cadillac Jack, a global manufacturer of electronic games and systems, he oversaw finance, accounting, sales, and marketing, helping the company become a rising star in tribal gaming. He later became President of the Video Lottery Terminal and Gaming division at GameTech International.

Minard is also the founder, Chairman, and CEO of Sports Challenge Network (SCN), creator of the XBowling mobile application. The platform has been installed in 47 U.S. states and nine countries. His impact on the bowling industry earned him Bowling Center Management’s “Business Person of the Year” and election to the industry’s Hall of Fame Board of Trustees. He has also received numerous other honors, including being named a top “game changer” in sports and technology by Hub magazine and one of three Business Persons of the Year by the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce.

Earlier in his career, Minard was CEO of TradeUps, executive vice president of product development and marketing at Staffing Concepts International, and vice president of Information Solutions. He pioneered asset-management practices that helped companies finance new equipment through existing computing assets. He currently serves as a board member of Gas It up Inc.
