Tom Galanis is an accomplished iGaming and affiliate marketing executive who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of TAG Media and Co‑Founder of First Look Games. He has led TAG Media, a multi‑division iGaming marketing consultancy, since September 2015 and co‑launched First Look Games, a marketing tech platform connecting game studios with affiliates, in July 2018.
Galanis began his gaming career in 2005 at Victor Chandler and later held roles at bet365, Betsson Group, Entain, and other operators. In 2009 he launched the affiliate division of GameOn (GameOn Affiliates) and advanced to Director, establishing a strong foundation in affiliate marketing within the industry.
Under his leadership, TAG Media was named Affiliate Employer of the Year at the iGB Affiliate Awards in both 2023 and 2024. He also serves as an Advisor at Better Change (Gibraltar) Ltd, advocating for responsible gambling. Galanis holds an MA in Advertising & Marketing and a BA in History from the University of Leeds.
