Vasil Parvanov

Vasil Parvanov is the Team Lead, Commercial Managers at CT Interactive, a Bulgaria-based B2B iGaming content supplier. In this role, he oversees the commercial team and drives growth through strategic partnerships.

Parvanov holds a Bachelor’s degree in Property and Facilities Management from the University of National and World Economy (UNWE) and has completed advanced certifications in Digital Marketing. His professional background spans marketing and customer relationship management across online gambling, hospitality, and retail.

Before his promotion, Parvanov served as Commercial Manager at CT Interactive, where he developed CRM and customer segmentation strategies. He designed customer onboarding journeys and engagement initiatives, and implemented cross-selling and upselling programmes that improved retention, loyalty, and lifetime value. He also previously worked as a CRM Specialist earlier in his career.

Now as Team Lead, Parvanov continues to leverage his expertise in commercial management and customer relationship building to expand CT Interactive’s market presence and strengthen its partner network.
