Vincent Zahn

Vincent Zahn is an accomplished executive with more than a decade of experience in corporate finance, risk management, treasury, investor relations, capital markets, and strategic development within the gaming and hospitality industry. He currently serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for both Seminole Gaming and Hard Rock International, overseeing accounting, financial planning, treasury, risk management, corporate finance, and capital markets execution. He reports to Jim Allen, Chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming.

Prior to joining Hard Rock, Zahn was Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Wynn Resorts, Limited from 2019 to 2022, where he led teams across multiple service center functions and executed more than $12 billion in capital markets and M&A transactions. Notably, he structured, negotiated, and closed the $1.7 billion sale-leaseback of Encore Boston Harbor with Realty Income, a landmark deal in the gaming industry.

Before Wynn, Zahn served as Vice President and Treasurer of Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc., where his capital markets and M&A activity exceeded $10 billion. Key transactions included the $3 billion merger with Penn National Gaming in 2018, the acquisition of The Meadows Racetrack and Casino in 2016, and the $5 billion sale-leaseback with Gaming & Leisure Properties. Earlier in his career, Zahn spent seven years on Wall Street as an equity analyst covering casino gaming and hospitality at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

Zahn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin‑Madison. Outside work, he enjoys time with his wife Angela, their four sons, and dog Kaya, and stays active through ice hockey, hiking, and biking.
