Wei Zhou is the Chief Executive Officer of Coins.ph, a leading cryptocurrency and fintech platform based in the Philippines. He is a former investment banker and tech executive who previously served as the first Chief Financial Officer of Binance, the world's largest cryptocurrency exchange by trading volume. During his tenure at Binance, he focused on expanding fiat-to-crypto on-ramps and leading institutional strategy.

Prior to Binance, Zhou helped lead internet companies to IPOs on Wall Street as a CFO. He later transitioned to the CEO role at Coins.ph, where he is focused on rebuilding the platform and driving crypto adoption in Southeast Asia. His career spans finance, internet companies, and the crypto/blockchain space.
