William Spiteri Bailey

William Spiteri Bailey is the 73rd President of The Malta Chamber of Commerce, Enterprise & Industry, having taken office in 2025 after serving as Vice President from 2023 to 2025. As President, he represents Malta's business community and actively engages with sectors including iGaming through the Chamber's policy and advocacy work.
A Certified Public Accountant and registered auditor, Spiteri Bailey is a retired partner of RSM Malta, where he led the risk advisory practice. He managed assignments in risk management and internal audit across a broad range of industry sectors, establishing a reputation for governance and advisory expertise.
He is a Fellow, Council Member, and former President of the Malta Institute of Accountants, and has served as a member of the International Federation of Accountants’ Small and Medium Practices Committee. His career combines deep experience in professional accountancy with chamber leadership, positioning him as a key voice in Malta's economic and regulatory discussions.
