Zeeshan Feroz

Zeeshan Feroz is a distinguished fintech executive and thought leader, currently serving as the Chief Product & Strategy Officer at MoonPay, a leading Web3 infrastructure company. In this role, which he held as of March 2023, he is instrumental in driving product development and strategic initiatives, particularly in facilitating seamless crypto transactions for users and businesses globally. Prior to this, he was appointed Chief Growth Officer at MoonPay in March 2021, where he focused on business development and identifying new revenue streams as the company scaled its efforts to onboard more users into the cryptocurrency ecosystem.

Before his tenure at MoonPay, Feroz held a significant position as the CEO of Coinbase UK from February 2017 until August 2020. During his leadership, he was responsible for all business operations in the UK, Europe, and other international markets serviced by Coinbase UK, helping to establish a robust operational base and making Coinbase a leading provider of crypto services for both retail and institutional clients. He was key in advocating for regulation to build confidence in the cryptocurrency space and securing an e-money license in Ireland to support Coinbase's European expansion.

Feroz's extensive experience in the payments and fintech industry includes several leadership roles before joining Coinbase. He served as the Global Head of Payments at Tilt.com, a crowdfunding firm later acquired by Airbnb, and as Vice President of Sales in E-commerce at Skrill. His earlier career also encompasses strategic account management positions at companies such as Credorax and Paysafe Group, along with roles at CureMD and Tesco Stores Ltd..

Beyond his executive role at MoonPay, Zeeshan Feroz is actively involved as a Strategic Advisor for other prominent companies in the cryptocurrency space. He joined Bit2Me as a Strategic Advisor in July 2021, contributing to their growth strategy. Additionally, he has been an advisor to the BCB Group, a digital financial services firm providing banking services to crypto companies, since February 2021, where he leverages his knowledge in payments innovation to support their roadmap. Feroz holds an MSc in Advanced Computing from King's College London and a BSc Hons in Business Information Systems from Middlesex University, equipping him with a strong foundation in technology and business.
