AMATIC Industries GmbH was founded in September 1993 in Gmunden, Austria, by Reinhold Bauer. In March 2025, the company exhibited at the Irish Gaming Show with partner Genesis Games, displaying the CXs50 cabinet and a new games package compliant with Ireland's new Gambling Regulation Act 2024.
