Bally’s Casino Tunica opened on December 6, 1993, as Bally’s Saloon & Gambling Hall at Mhoon Landing, operated by Bally Manufacturing. In early 1995, the casino closed its original location and moved its barge upriver to dock at the Olympia Hotel in Robinsonville, reopening on December 18, 1995, under a joint venture with Lady Luck Gaming. After Hilton Hotels acquired Bally Manufacturing in 1996, the property passed through a series of corporate owners including Park Place Entertainment, Caesars Entertainment, Harrah’s Entertainment, Colony Capital, and eventually Penn National Gaming in 2017. The property was renamed 1st Jackpot Casino Tunica in September 2017, and the hotel was demolished in 2019.

The casino generated revenue primarily from its gaming floor, which offered approximately 899 slot machines and 16 table games at its peak. The property also included a 200-room hotel, multiple dining options, a poker room, and a sportsbook (Bally Bet).
