The accolade was presented during iGB Live on July 1-2 and recognizes the company’s sustained efforts to promote player protection and transparency across the iGaming industry.
The award is given specifically to affiliate services that demonstrate a consistent track record in advancing responsible gaming standards and helping the industry better understand gambling-related harm. Casino Guru’s latest win reflects a series of initiatives launched or completed over the past year, including the Online Self-exclusion Recommended Code of Practice, which sets evidence-based standards for a unified approach to reducing harm.
Key Initiatives Recognized
Among the initiatives highlighted by the award judges were Casino Guru’s partnership with Gamecheck to integrate a verification system that lets users identify casinos offering provider-certified games, and the Gamtegrity project. Described as the "unifying home" of all Casino Guru responsible gambling and consumer protection projects, Gamtegrity bundles efforts such as the Global Self-Exclusion System, a cross-border mechanism that allows players to self-exclude across regulated markets. The company also runs the Casino Guru Academy, which educates industry professionals on best practices for customer support, promotions, and safer gambling.
