Kambi extends 4 Bears Casino deal with PAM platform for mobile betting

Kambi has deepened its existing relationship with the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara (MHA) Nation by providing its player account management (PAM) system to 4 Bears Casino & Lodge. This new agreement allows the operator to launch mobile sports betting across the entire reservation, building on the on-property sportsbook that Kambi powered for the casino back in March.

The PAM solution supplies the underlying account infrastructure required for player onboarding, identity verification, and payment processing. By integrating this technology, 4 Bears gains the ability to manage its own sportsbook operations with greater control over the player lifecycle.

This deal represents Kambi's first commercial PAM partnership since it acquired the PAM source code in November 2025. With this move, the company can now offer tribal operators a combined turnkey sportsbook and PAM offering, expanding beyond its traditional sportsbook-only services.

Kambi CEO Werner Becher said the PAM solution enables "an engaging reservation-wide mobile experience while giving the operator greater control across the player lifecycle." Patrick Packineau, General Manager of 4 Bears Casino & Lodge, highlighted the technology as a foundation for long-term sports betting growth, adding that "Kambi's PAM solution gives us the technology foundation to provide guests with a convenient account-based experience."

Kambi has already built a strong presence among tribal gaming operators across North America, and the 4 Bears extension marks a strategic step into providing account management infrastructure alongside its sportsbook technology.
