New Hampshire's May sports betting handle reached $60.9m, a 1% year-on-year decrease, with combined GGR falling to $8m. The lottery commission also confirmed a third term for H. Andy Crews.
May's sports betting handle in New Hampshire came in at $60.9m, according to the state lottery, a 1% decline compared to the same month last year and a notable drop from April's $72.6m.
Mobile wagering contributed $57m of the total handle, falling from $68.4m in the previous month, while retail sportsbooks added $4m, slightly below April's $4.2m. Combined gross gaming revenue (GGR) across both channels was $8m, down from $9.3m a month earlier. Online GGR landed at $7.4m (versus $8.7m in April), and retail GGR reached $587,298 (compared to $626,053 previously).
Over the cumulative period from July 2025 through May 2026, the combined sports betting handle totaled $856.4m, with cumulative GGR of $101.1m.
In a separate development, H. Andy Crews was reappointed to the New Hampshire Lottery and Gaming Commission for a third term. Originally appointed in 2020, Crews will now serve through 2029.
