Commissioner, New Hampshire Lottery Commission

H. Andy Crews serves as a Commissioner on the New Hampshire Lottery Commission, the regulatory body overseeing lottery and gaming operations in the state. He was first appointed by Governor Chris Sununu in 2020 and has since been confirmed for two additional terms. On February 11, 2025, the New Hampshire Executive Council confirmed his third term, which runs through June 29, 2029.

Before joining the commission, Crews built a long career as a President and CEO in the automotive industry. His background in executive leadership and business management informed his approach to regulatory oversight. He holds an education from DeKalb Community College and resides in Bedford, New Hampshire.

As a commissioner, Crews has participated in industry panels and contributed to the strategic direction of the New Hampshire Lottery. His role includes ensuring integrity in lottery operations, approving vendor contracts, and overseeing the state's gambling framework.
