Dimitrios Psarrakis is a distinguished financial economist and innovator, currently serving as the CEO of ADI Predictstreet, a Gibraltar-licensed prediction market platform. Under his leadership, ADI Predictstreet has been named the Official Prediction Market Partner for the FIFA World Cup 2026 and has secured regulatory clearance to expand its offerings beyond football to include other sports, entertainment, culture, weather, and selected political events. Psarrakis emphasizes the company's commitment to responsible innovation and its long-term goal of establishing a platform for forecasting a variety of real-world events that influence society.

Beyond his role at ADI Predictstreet, Psarrakis holds positions as a Board Director at the Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC) and a Senior Fellow at the Wharton Business School. Earlier in his career, Psarrakis dedicated seven years as an Economic and Monetary Policy Specialist at the European Parliament. During this time, he was instrumental in co-drafting significant portions of the EU's Digital Finance Regulations, including the Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation and the DLT Pilot Regime, which focuses on the on-chain trading, clearing, and settlement of tokenized financial instruments. He was also the draftsperson of the Blockchain Resolution that established the framework for regulating Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLTs) in the EU. His contributions extended to the design of the European Fund for Strategic Investments (EFSI) and InvestEU, and he has authored policy reports for the G-20.

Recognized among the Top-100 influencers in RegTech and Blockchain, Psarrakis is a frequent speaker at prominent financial and regulatory forums and has lectured at leading universities such as Cambridge, Harvard, Stanford, and MIT. He holds a Master's degree in Financial Economics from Harvard University, an Advanced Executive Diploma in Innovation and Technology Management from MIT, and an MBA from the University of Chicago. He is also the co-author of two books focusing on Digital Finance and Blockchain Economics.
