Elleonor Hoffman is a Las Vegas native and career casino dealer with over 20 years of experience dealing blackjack and roulette aboard Royal Caribbean cruise ships, where she traveled the world. In late 2024, she joined Graton Resort & Casino in Rohnert Park, California, as a table games dealer.
In October 2025, she won the inaugural G2E Dealer Championship in Las Vegas, beating more than 30 competitors to be crowned 'World's Best Dealer' (also called the U.S. Dealer Champion).
