
Eman Pulis is a Maltese entrepreneur and the founder of SiGMA Group, a global media and events company headquartered in Malta that focuses on gaming, digital health, digital marketing, and emerging tech sectors. SiGMA Group operates four vertical brands: SiGMA, AIBC, Med-Tech World, and AGS (Affiliate Grand Slam). The first SiGMA summit was held in Malta in 2014 and has since grown into a leading international iGaming event.
Pulis expanded the portfolio in 2018 with AIBC, launched alongside Malta’s pioneering DLT legislation, and later introduced Med-Tech World and the Affiliate Grand Slam. In 2021 he created SiGMA College, an accredited eLearning platform offering free courses in gaming, blockchain, and emerging tech.
He also founded Ikigai Ventures, a €20M Luxembourg‑based seed fund focused on gaming, esports, blockchain, fintech, and AI, where he serves as General Partner. Pulis holds a first‑class honours degree in education and master’s degrees in diplomacy and creativity and education.
He resides in Malta with his wife and two daughters and serves on several boards as a senior advisor.
