Eva Frontera

Eva Frontera is a senior executive at LOTBA, the official lottery and gambling authority of Buenos Aires, Argentina. She currently serves as Commercial and Institutional Director, leading corporate relations, commercial strategy, and institutional partnerships.

Previously, she held the role of Gerente de Ordenamiento del Juego (Game Management Manager) at LOTBA, where she oversaw regulatory compliance, product innovation, and the launch of instant‑win products such as QuinielaYa de la Ciudad. Her work in that role was confirmed as of July 2025 through an audio interview.

In her current capacity, Frontera represents LOTBA at international industry events, including the SBC Summit Americas, and has been listed as a speaker for the 2026 edition. Her career reflects a focus on modernizing the city’s gambling offerings while maintaining regulatory oversight.
