Jonas Warrer
Chief Executive Officer of Gentoo Media
Jonas Warrer is a Danish executive with nearly two decades of experience in digital marketing and iGaming. He began his career in 2007 by founding Rebel Penguin, a media and affiliate company focused on online gambling. In 2017, Rebel Penguin was acquired by Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) and integrated into its affiliate division, where Warrer joined as Chief Marketing Officer.
Following the departure of Richard Brown, Warrer was promoted to CEO of GiG Media in 2024. Later that year, the division was rebranded as Gentoo Media, and he continued as CEO. Under his leadership, Gentoo Media has delivered 15 consecutive quarters of growth and expanded through strategic acquisitions including AskGamblers, KaFe Rocks, Casinomeister, and Titan Inc.
Beyond his executive role, Warrer also serves as a reviewer and fact‑checker for the online casino guide Irishluck.ie, reflecting his deep involvement in the iGaming affiliate space.
