Kevin Nephew

Kevin Nephew is President & CEO of Seneca Gaming Corporation, overseeing three casino resorts in New York. He is the first enrolled member of the Seneca Nation’s Wolf Clan to lead the company, appointed in October 2020. The properties employ more than 3,000 workers and attract millions of visitors annually.

Nephew joined Seneca Gaming in 2014 and quickly moved through leadership roles, including Vice President of Organization Improvement & Development, where he launched a company-wide Continuous Improvement program. He previously served as Executive Director of Continuous Improvement and Director of Budget and Financial Analysis, applying his expertise in finance and operational efficiency.

Before joining the gaming industry, Nephew spent 22 years in finance positions with New York State, including 15 years as Director of Financial Administration for the NYS Office of Technology, as well as roles with the NYS Department of Tax and Finance and the NYS Division of Budget. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from Columbia Business School, and is certified in Kaizen training and Lean Six Sigma.
