Phil Pearson

Phil Pearson is a seasoned iGaming executive with over a decade of experience in the sector. He currently operates as an independent founder, board member, and consultant, specializing in VIP player strategy, business development, and market entry for online gambling operators and platforms. Based in Malta, he is a regular conference speaker and contributor to industry podcasts.

Pearson launched his iGaming career at White Label Casinos in 2016 as Chief Operating Officer, playing a key role in building the B2B supplier from inception. He was promoted to Chief Executive Officer in 2019 and led the company through a period of growth and product development until his resignation in June 2024.

Since stepping down as CEO, Pearson has shifted to a multi-faceted independent role, advising both B2B and B2C gambling operators. He remains an active industry figure, appearing on podcasts such as the NEXT.io series and maintaining a strong LinkedIn presence with over 11,000 followers.
