Robeson Reeves

Robeson Reeves is a seasoned gaming and entertainment executive who became Chief Executive Officer of Bally’s Corporation on March 31, 2023. In 2025, he was additionally appointed CEO of Bally’s Intralot, the Greek gaming technology subsidiary of Bally’s, overseeing global casino-entertainment, online sports betting, and iGaming operations. Reeves is focused on integrating technology and data-driven innovation across the company’s digital and land-based segments, including an AI hackathon initiative aimed at fostering creative problem-solving within the organization.

Reeves began his career in 2005 as a newly graduated analyst and statistician at Mice and Dice Ltd, later moving to Global Interactive Gaming as a Games Analyst before joining Gamesys Ltd. At Gamesys, he held progressive leadership roles, becoming Director of Gaming Operations and later Chief Operating Officer from 2019. In October 2021, he transitioned to President of Bally’s Interactive (the combined entity of Gamesys and Bally’s digital operations) ahead of the merger that created Bally’s Corporation. He holds a BSc in Statistics & Operational Research with Management Studies from University College London (2002–2005).

As CEO, Reeves has driven Bally’s expansion into new markets and the modernization of its technology stack, while also steering the company through the acquisition and integration of Intralot. His leadership emphasizes a player-centric approach, leveraging advanced analytics to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Under his tenure, Bally’s has continued to grow its portfolio of land-based casinos, online sportsbooks, and iGaming platforms across multiple jurisdictions.
