History

INTRALOT was founded in 1992 in Athens, Greece, as a spin-off of the Intracom group. It initially provided lottery systems for Greece’s OPAP in 1999 and expanded to over 39 countries. The interactive arm, INTRALOT Interactive, was formally established in 2009 through a stake in CyberArts and strengthened by the 2017 acquisition of Bit8, a digital lottery modernization platform. In October 2025, INTRALOT acquired Bally’s International Interactive, creating Bally’s Intralot – a combined entity with pro-forma 2024 revenue of approximately €1.1 billion and EBITDA margins above 35%.
